Shetlands are a small wool producing sheep. They originated in the Shetland Isles, Scotland. Traits include: extremely hardy, easy lambing, calm, friendly & even tail wagging.

They produce superb meat with outstanding flavor and texture, far leaner than modern breeds.

Shetland wool is prized for it’s softness, fineness and strength. Their fleeces come in a multitude of great colors – white, several grays, numerous browns, black, spotted and multi colored.

Scottish Highlands are the oldest registered breed of cattle in the world.

They are known for their distinctive look with impressive horns and long, wavy hair.

Highlands are exceptionally hardy, easy calvers, long lived, have a wonderful temperament and well… are gorgeous.

They produce premium meat that is very lean with a fine texture and phenomenal flavor.  Highland Beef has a higher protein and Iron content but  with lower fat and cholesterol than other beef.
